Admiral Travel Insurance claims are handled by Drakefield Insurance Services Limited, whose claims team is based in Basildon in Essex, headed by Operations Manager, Lisa West. All staff are fully trained and we have a commitment to continual personal development through in house and external training.
Our staff, once allocated will handle your claim from first notification through to conclusion.
To report a claim please call the Claims Line on+44 (0) 870 428 8063, we will partially complete the claim form and send it to you. We are able to communicate with you by post or email.
